Tie bars have pins at each end which fit in holes of two and three board brackets (hopups) to prevent the brackets rotating (i.e. splaying) and to prevent planks becoming dislodged and falling.

Product Description
Tie Bars are designed to secure scaffold brackets and help maintain a safe, stable working platform. Each tie bar is fitted with pins at both ends, allowing it to connect into the holes of two-board and three-board brackets, also known as hopups.
Once installed, the tie bar helps prevent the brackets from rotating or splaying during use. It also helps keep scaffold planks properly positioned, reducing the risk of planks becoming dislodged or falling from the platform.
These tie bars are suitable for scaffold access applications and can also be used with Kwikstage scaffolding systems, where hop-up brackets and platform stability are required
