The product has also been treated to resist damage from termites which will prolong the useful life of the material.

While it is not fully waterproof, Formply offers excellent resistance to water. At building sites when the possibility of rain or high humidity is a concern, Formply offers an ideal material. Water penetration through the surface is not an issue since lamination prevents this from happening in the first place and the Formply will not absorb any moisture over time that would weaken the structure.
